Conference Fees for Non-members

Students:	100 EUR
Graduates:	250 EUR

Please consider that accomodation costs are not included in the fees.
Payment must be made in EURO (EUR). Bank transfer is strongly recommended. If you want to pay cash at the conference desk, the surcharge is 50 EUR.

Conference Fees for SPP members

As mentioned in the newsletter of October 28, special conditions apply for SPP members. Here are the essentials:

1. Project leader: travelling and accomodation will be paid by DFG and our coordination budget
2. Coworker #1: travelling and accomodation will be paid by DFG and our coordination budget
3. Coworker #2: accomodation will be paid by DFG and our coordination budget, travelling costs to be reimbursed via the individual project (or any other) budget
4. any other person: travelling and accomodation is at his/her own expense
5. SPP members do not have to pay conference fees

Deadlines

Registration	December 15, 2009
Submission of talks	December 15, 2009
Submission of posters	January 16, 2010
Payment	January 16, 2010 (or directly at the conference in cash with a 50 EUR extra fee)
